How do I upload an image to teh forum. I have it ready to go.

You can't. You have to upload it somewhere else and link it here. You can try numerous free image hosting sites like Photobucket or Imageshack.

Yes, use the img tags and the http link should do it. If it's a rather large image you might want to use the lvlshot tags instead.
