Good Q3 demos to watch and learn from?

You know on the q3 menu how you can view demos? but it only comes with 1 to view when you get the game. Is there any place on this website where they have demos that you can watch that might make a good instructing video for someones whos pretty good but wants to get very good? little help anyone?

Yeah actually i was just thinking that same thing, "if I post it in the q3 conversation someone might say somthing" I dont know what it is everyones a psychic all of a sudden. .....Thank you sir
