he's just jealous that we're all swooning over your chiseled good looks instead of his young bear routine.

No, it's a picture of an old, ugly, fat, illiterate failure at life. Killing yourself would be the best option.

How bout you post another convincing picture of you and that slope you call a girlfriend. I don't know what's worse, being a virgin or having that slag in your bed. :olo:

Better yet, forget the pic. I just had breakfast, and I don't think I could hold it down if I had to see her ugly mug and your piss colored skin...

ey looks like a pretty good setup andy

got any clear pics of the construction o the thing?

i just started up again with pullups, only what ive been doing is instead o the bar going paralell to the collor bone, ive been gripping the bar perpendicular to my clavicles, try it!, alternate what hand is placed in front of the other, that will dictate what side o the bar ur head will want to go to , and make it even

it gives some really great torking in there!

i still do a small amount of pullups useing the paralel grip but just a little cuz i suspect that position was troubleing my elbows

they seem ine now

do you mean side to side wilst wide gripping the bar paralel to the collor bone?

i sorta do that to relieve joint torque now but not mega-deliberate chin to hand, ill try some

do u do any pullups using the bar in the perpendickular position?

my wrists and stuff love the natural/nutrelity of that grip position, and its crazy but it also blasts my upper pec regions
