OSP 1.03a support team shuffle?

I was wondering if anyone know if this mod supports team suffle or mixing of teams
when switching to the next map?

iirc you could not callvote it like in quake live nowadays. I might be wrong if osp has been updated. Could be a server side command im not familiar with as well..
