In NZ at the moment, completely unable to purchase any Steam games. None of my cards work 'you don't appears to be in this country at the moment' and Paypal is the same story (can't add a foreign delivery address to paypal).
...so anyway jumped on the torchlight website directly and bought the game in all of 3 clicks for 3 bucks less than it costs on steam, any they didn't give a flying fuck whether my IP address fell within a particular fucking octet or not.
Nice going Valve you faggots STEAM WILL MAKE BUYING GAMES EASY right....
