Ok if you ask...

Ales are all about finer beer. Or Bier, if your so inclined.

Most ales are as good as wine if not better. Depends on ones tastes.

However Ales are useualy triple fermented. The last fermintation happens in the bottle.

Super good ales have shelf lifes of 8 years or more.

Always, the older the defined bottle, ages best, increases its ABV and tases better.

However sometimes a triple is not meant to be aged and drank at a younger age.

The Lighter side Ales should be drunk within 4 years. Where the darker Ales can last and ferment to proper ages like 7-12 years.

End result is Higher octane rate. or ABV. Better flavor or charactor.

not really a fan of em, only drink "normal" beer round here or "trappist", brewed by monks, you got double, triple (8%) and quadrupel=x4 (11%). if you drink it with grenadine youll feel the hit after only one bottle
