Seriously, that bit with "I Will Avenge You" was so freaking insane. I was just sitting there going wow, look at the fucker go. You were like the Duracell bunny or something .. an axe wielding maniacal Duracell bunny.

Aye, it's like that for all the weapon mastery lines (axe, hammer, sword, bow) which makes it all the more important to keep the weapon attribute as high as possible. Can't wait until release to start building the characters up from scratch .. specially Flo as I started her as a Lvl 20 when I switched accounts

If you get a pre-order, you could be playing a day before release; pre-order customers get to play from the 27th, standard customers get to play from the 28th.

Fuck knows what I'm gonna play 'til GW comes out.
I keep going back to other RPGs, but none have quite the same draw...
Ah well, back to re-doing Chaos Theory levels...

Ive kept up with this game since very early in its life, and the way it is now....sucks.

it had alot of potental(sp?), but they changed way too many things and way too many of the wrong things.

from my pov, pvp in gw is like playing nothing but ca on dm6, with one spawn point, for 6 years, with the same people... nvr changing strategy (not too much of stretch being that the q3w server did that for the longest time, but you still get my point im sure

)

well actually no...thats what i have world of warcraft for atm

and pvp in that game is, well, fun.

gw used to be fun.

I was one of, if not the first, ppl to speak of it on the other q3w forums. most thought it wasnt worth paying attention to back then tho because of the shitty gfx, before the engine overhaul. (Dahak btw

k guys, it's less than a day away. Remember that if you've pre-ordered the game, you'll be able to login starting from Apr 27 12:01 AM PST, Apr 27 8:01 AM GMT .. this'll only last for 2 days though, so you'll have to procure your retail key/box during that time.

The (official ?) Q3W guild will be called Natis Ignigena (I'll leave the explanation to Matteh

) so add "Thrud The Crippler" or "Florence Nightngale" to your friends list and PM us so we can add you to the guild.

Instead of cluttering up GD with Guild Wars stuff, we'll be using Fender's forums for all Guild Wars related stuff.

Anyways, I think that's all I had in mind for now.

yea i know i got to get it. gotta get my gf to go along though, although that wont be a huge problem. just bought her stronghold2 (which is unplayable atm cause of bad coding and lame 'copyprotection').
but i gotta pay a contracter as well to fix up my kitchen so..

oh well. i'll get it eventually. maybe even 2 copies so she can come along too :icon14:

BTW, I'm probably NOT going to be playing as Thrud, as I'm transferring to my Collector's Edition from the start, so I'll probably be going as some iteration of Druss (the axeman from David Gemmell's books).

Mat, you can use your CE retail key on your Thrud account and get both the pre-order item (from your old pre-order key) as well as the CE aura (from the CE retail key) on it.

Nah, I want my main character to have both the aura AND the Euro pre-order item (the one that adds +1 to primary stats).
