chflags or locking help

I know using the chflages -r uchg will lock all files and directories within the directory I specify.

Is their a command to lock only the files and leave all directories unlocked? I have a directory with over 400,000 files and folders and I need to only lock the files.

Another option would be is there a way to change ownership on locked files without unlocking them. OSX 10.6
