lol, dude... you are not doing yourself any favors. contact Salinga as said before. he has been doing this for a while now.
side note, dont get angry with ppl who are trying to help you. its hard to understand what lvl of skills you have as well as what you are saying...

Sorry if I ais offended somebody I thought that heavy metal laughed of me with my question useless but, as I say above, I land without knowing anything thus it is normal that my questions are without interest for you. Otherwise my experience(experiment) in this domain is almost non-existent.

If the map references stock Q3 textures or sounds, those things will be missing.
I was sure that someone had posted at Quake3World about an Open Arena texture pack meant to fill in for the stock Q3 textures, but I can't find that with a search now... maybe someone else will know what I'm trying to think of.
Just curious, but why are you keen about using Q3 maps in non-Q3 games?
