I just started hitting the gym again about 3 weeks ago, twice a week.
Benchpress, seated rows, lat pulldowns, seated dumbell curls, tricep extensions, calf raises
I should isolate muscle groups more, but it's hard to do just going 2 days a week. I'm building back up to where I was, still ridiculously weak at this point. It's depressing.

215...a bit fat though. I need to lean out as much as possible before the surgery in April, even though its a minor one.

i started working out about a year ago, got all superfit, tore somthing, took 6 weeks off whilst getting supoer cut, decided i was too light, now i'm gaining and working up to working out at full
i feel less motivated at this time of year cuz of the light and all that, yea i know its spring approching but peeps systems are still 2 months ago

There is definitely some truth to this, but there are several bodybuilders with immense amounts of 'useful' strength - Ronnie Coleman could have easily been a world class powerlifter, as could Johnnie Jackson, and going old school, Franco Columbo (he was, I guess, and he did have less of what one might call a 'classical V-tapered physique).mjrpes wrote:
