Interesting... I may have to purchase... *Cough*
I'll praise you as a gaming god if you can actually do this, I can do it in the first and second for the nes, but this game is ridiculous. I'm sure its not too impossible but come on... what if you get to some of the Dr. wily stages and an hour through playing you get hit... you have to start the whole game over again lol
I'm with you there, o'dium. I started playing FFXIII and as soon as the first cutscene ended, I got 5 points. I think the word "achievement" should be replaced with "gamer point" to be honest, because I achieved fuckall for those 5 points.

On the other hand, there's achievements like Seriously 2.0 in Gears of War 2, that requires you to make 100.000 kills. Xbox360achievements.org states it takes 12 - 16 hours of non-stop shooting in two levels that feature masses of drones running around. Sure, that's an achievement, but c'mon, you'd have to be mad to even attempt it.
heh, turns out my trueachievement score is higher than my achievements score.
Their system is a bit odd as well though. From the last two Bioshock 2 achievements I unlocked, they've awarded the one that took most time less points than the one that could theoretically be done on your very first (multiplayer) game.
