Wow you're on it... I just got done uploading to YouTube. :paranoid:

The camera doesn't allow me to zoom. Although, I guess I could've taken some up close pics of the targets after we finished.

This was our first time at this range. They were pushing their zombie target, so we bought a few. :D

This is a relatively new range. It's very small and they are still working out the kinks. Hopefully they do something to improve the overall experience. Becuase right now it's a pretty primitive set up.

Buying all that weaponry to shoot at pieces of paper is about as awesome as buying a surfboard to stand on in your living room.

I see nothing wrong with that as I hate water :puke: It is all a matter of (freedom of) choice.

Like, in the distant past, putting 20 cents in a pinball machine, or those awesome make believe shotgun/clay pigeon arcade games.....

Seemded such a waste of time and money :tear:

I say and believe, if you have the inclination and money spend it

What about those pricks that buy fast cars. 0-100 in 10 seconds or top speeds greater than 100kph (on mph take your pick) etc.

They race from one set of traffic lights to the next or burn rubber (needlessly) in the middle of the night, for what?

They make as much sense, but again, it is all a matter of choice.

I thank you for remaining neutral Whiskey, unlike the rest of the flock. It's obvious that owning and shooting firearms may not be for everyone. But explaining that to most of these morons is a waste. Because they are either making fun of the conversation or too pigheaded to find a common ground.

I'd personally swap places with you YourGrandpa anyday and I'll stand by you side any day of the week, and I am not picking sides. Mine was chosen long (too long) ago :smirk:

My government prohibits (makes it bloody difficult to say the very least) freedom to arm oneself here.

Yes we can own and operate but under the strictest of conditions and then no auto or pump weapons at all.

When you have some time to kill check out Australia's gun ownership laws. Wiki Clicky

Be thankful you live in a free country

Whiskey...serious question: Are you a hick bogan that lives in a trailer 20 km from the nearest piece of civilization?

The gun laws in Australia are pretty much on par with Canada. As you've already admitted, you can own weapons in Australia but you seem miffed that you can't own autoshotguns or machine guns/assault rifles, anti-aircraft guns and rocket launchers. Guess what? You can't own them in Canada either. Or are you simply disappointed that you can't own 200 of every weapon?

In terms of a free country, I'd prefer to live in a country free of gun-nut hicks running around armed to the teeth. I mean Jesus Christ....you've got a political party called "The Shooters Party" and you're not happy?

Chopping off one's balls with a rusty pair of scissors would be a good thing to do as long as the individual enjoys it, going by that logic.

I'm guessing he's a Queenslander. In which case the answer to your question would be "Yes".

lol

You're correct...he's a Queenslander. He lives in Brisbane (I think) and not in a trailer 20 km from electricity...but he sure sounds like he wants to live in a trailer surrounded by guns.

I just can't understand why anyone would want an autoshotgun or assault rifle. I can see going to a shooting range and firing these weapons, but owning them? Crazy I tell you.

its funny how ygp thinks he "discredited" anything or anyone in this thread. how can you not see whats going on here, on one side theres the whole forum and on the other you, penyuh, and that old granpa whiskey whos probobly been in ww2 thinking if he gives away his gun germany will attack again.

now if you anwser this.. you would rather kill someone then give away the 100bucks to some mugger on the street? or would it have to be 1000bucks? or just that hes threatening your safety? which he is, because if he wasnt you would just say no!?!? that means you would kill him rather then give him 5 dolars?
