Buying a new vehicle???

Post by YourGrandpa »

So we've had the Hummer 3 yrs (man time flies) and are looking for something new. We would like another Hummer, but we just can't bring ourselves to buy a vehicle that is being discontinued. We are trying to keep the price tag as close to $40k as possible. In doing so, we've selected the following vehicles as possible choices.

The wife really likes the BMW X3.

We are also considering...
Mercedes GLK

Audi Q5

Audi A5

Mercedes C350

BMW 328i

What would you suggest?

Are there any stipulations other than what you like? It just seems odd as you pick three cars that are more of the wagon variety and then three coupes, one 2 door.

We happen to like those the best. Though I wouldn't object to considering something similar.

Shoot, if you're that open and those are the ones you'd like I'd can't help anymore than you could find yourself. Go take some for a drive.

I'm simply looking for others to provide educated information regarding the choices provided. I'm also open to consider similar vehicles that could possibly have a better track record than the vehicles I posted. Though I don't expect that this topic is going to be completely productive. I can say that we do plan on test driving a few, if not all before making a decision. :smirk:

They're all pretty solid from what I've read (about the bottom three), can't really go wrong.

If you morons are going to troll him do it in the gun thread...he actually posted up some decent cars and you're just trolling for fucks and shits.

Lol the X3. For the folks too poor to afford an X5, and the wives of men who can afford both.
