But why would I do either of those?shaft wrote:y lie?
Throwing it at a wall is not part of normal usage. Holding it is.

I didn't say holding it. I said intentionally try to make it lose signal.EtUL wrote:xer0s wrote:

Re: iphone to soon disappear ...
Oh shit. Really? I must have missed where it says 100% of users are having problems.
Re: iphone to soon disappear ...
All I know is, I'm not having any problems, this phone is amazing, and I'm happy with it. What more could I want?
Re: iphone to soon disappear ...
I tried for 5 minutes to lose signal. I didn't even drop a single bar.

You're probably not bridging the antennas because your hands are covered in a weeks worth of jizz and hamburger juice.

Re: iphone to soon disappear ...
This is getting as bad as the phone sites I visit.
Look, the iPhone is a really good device. Done. I've had two in the last 3 years and have had no issues with the phone itself, just with ATT's unreliable service and their ridiculous price plans.
I went with the Evo (and may still go Droid X because of coverage in my area) because:
1) I wanted an open platform. I'm a geek, so customizing among other things is a big deal.
2) Large screen? Yes please. Sure, you can have kickass density with the iPhone screen but unless you're taking closeups pics of icons, it doesn't matter in real world usage.
No phone is perfect. We should be happy we have this many GOOD choices right now.
