tbh I've never been into SYL much. I enjoyed his solo stuff (Devin Townsend Band) much more. SYL seemed too excessive to me. His Devin Townsend Project stuff (Ki and Addicted) are pretty good too.phantasmagoria wrote:he's given up alcohol and drugs in order to write pure music.

You might keep an eye on his upcoming record, "Deconstruction", as he says that's aimed at trying to recreate what he was trying to do with Strapping Young Lad. It's planned for March 2011 if I remember correctly.

Rediscovered the K&D Sessions album, which is an interesting album in the sense that i've never come across anyone who didn't think every single track on it is great.
It's from 1998 but it's aged extremely well.
