My sister took pictures of her 3 year old daughter on the beach who happened to be naked and the photolab refused to develop the photos :|.

nah, it's over here, too. A neighbor the other day remarked that the lonely old guy who swims laps at the pool 5 days per week is "inappropriate," because he occasionally talks to kids. I never even gave it a second thought and lobbed back "what types of things have you heard him say to the kids?" and his response was "nothing, really, just he shouldn't be talking to them." :tard:

That's what you get when you take your film to "Prudish Photo" for developing.

Yeah, you shouldn't have a proper conversation with kids. Just plop them down in front of the television and Xbox and I'm sure they'll turn out as properly adjusted adults one day. What the heck is wrong with people? :dork:

I took some photos of my kids naked on a camping trip. A drugstore employee called the police -- and my family's life became a living hell.

There definitely is a guilty until proven innocent attitude about that stuff around here.

Just looked back though several pages of this thread - interesting to see how things progress with people's work and how some of us got into photography after looking at this thread. I know I wouldn't have thought about it as a hobby were it not for the pictures I saw here. Wish I still had some time to shoot as a hobby but right now I've got a business that is keeping me busy as hell with shoots booked out through November and 11 weddings done up to this point. So thanks DB for starting this thread.

I am/was shooting with a 1d Mark IV. I needed a better secondary camera than my 50D, so I bought a 5D Mark II (plus its full frame).
