Been a non smoker since saturday morning. Every muscle in my body is fucking tense as shit. My mood is extremely foul, I have a strong desire to see people's heads explode in slow motion and I wish deadly diseases upon every man woman and child.

Fuck you, world

How's it going with you Tsakali? :)

right after meals is the most difficult for me. However I've noticed that it made me stop some of my other bad habits ...like drinking alot of soda. I can't enjoy soda as often anymore cause I used to enjoy drinking and smoking. So I end up drinking alot more water. Plus I jog a lot to fill my free evening time up, where I would probably chain smoke instead.
It's just difficult not doing something you're used to seeing as part of your daily routine. Overall the personal achievement of not smoking outweighs my urge to bum a cig.

Ground and simmered in oil or butter first, for maximum effect  I never thought to make pasta...

Keep it up. Jogging instead of smoking, or any form of exercise that puts your mind from it, is a nice two-birds-killing stone.
And try not to let that sense of achievement turn you into one of those "born-again-non-smokers". People who smoke know they suck, no need to rub it in, and it's not your job to inspire, and make them "see the light".

Not Wilders, really.
His party wants to seriously crack down on "soft drugs", and their obviously devastating effects on Dutch society.

I'm sure that out of the 1,5 million dutchees that voted for him, a large portion is pleasantly numb on teh ganja, and blissfully unaware about these plans, but just happy something will get done about those aggressive brownies (terrorists).

tsackerelli has the right mindset, now's the time to take up a new hobby Ryo. At least, it helped me manage.

Indeed... went a bit mental yesterday because i still associate most things i do on a regular weekday night with smoking :( Did manage to not smoke though, it's actually surprisingly easy not to do it once you have the mindset of being done with it. Still drives you utterly crazy of course, but i don't think i'm in any danger of running to the shop and buying a new pack. Which is an interesting new experience.

Breaking those associations is really important though, and you're very right about taking up a new hobby or something. I'll be fucked if i know what it should be though. I hate sports...

Open to suggestions :tard:
