There's a bug with sound at the moment. There is a workaround: Hold F3 and press S while in-game.

fire is a bit buggy at the moment, and the other night someone decided to set fire to the massive wooden cock someone had built on the server. Until we destroyed it, we were getting severe lag, often resulting in disconnections or crashes.

Anyone else try making any logical gates yet with the redstone things? The only thing I could get working was an AND gate...

To the people that havn't bought the paid version of minecraft, you're missing out, big time. You can play the paid version online too, however other players can't be killed (yet).

I don't even know how some of you can play cubelands... it's the same game but with less content.

It's only $13 US, which when it's not alpha anymore, apparently it will be like 30. You get updates for the game for the rest of your life, so you might as well just buy it now before the price is doubled.
