Anyways, went to a very strange party thrown by a bunch of squatters in a godforsaken goat infested (no shit, there were actual real life goats walking around in their 'garden') abandoned warehouse somewhere in the industrial area of Amsterdam last weekend - it was quite an experience moving amongst these severely drugged up weird people.

They played tekno, which is like regular techno but much faster and even more focused on chopping up the beat and bringing it back. Has influences of goa... but also of old fashioned gabber. As a style, it demands the listener take some form of hard drugs, preferably amphetamines... as such, i believe this is actually quite dangerous music :S

Almost no good clips of it to be found on the youtubes, must have something to do with the people who make it and their ideas about the world. Clip below is sort of what it was like, but the girl who was the DJ (actually it looked like an all hardware setup and no vinyl) was much better.
