Firefox doesn't have a proper way of restoring last session's tabs on restart, like Opera does. The extensions that add these functions are unreliable.

Opera 8 renders pages faster, takes less resources, starts up faster then firefox, is more secure then firefox and certainly has more features then firefox. Plain and simple.
