You don't have to repeat yourself, Geoff, I totally get it. You once worked an unskilled job, met a woman whom you married, and the festering resentment of her superior salary culminated some years later when she become pregnant, castrating your last hope of ever achieving anything.

Weeping like a molested twelve year old, you cupped your severed testicles in your hand, before she wrenched them from your palm and tipped them down her throat in one gulp. She then stepped to you, nose to nose, laughed derisively, and told you to get in the fucking kitchen like the bitch-boy you are.

You turned, dejected, and walked away with your head down. As a final humiliation, she called you back, and whispered in your ear.

"I've got work in the morning, wifey, don't forget to take out the fucking trash..."

Some months later you installed Quake 3 and found you were above-average, so you went to the forum in search of your balls.

The end.

Geoff, I hate to say it, but Monday is going to suck for me. I'm going to be in the office I don't work at just WISHING I could be in your shoes--sitting at the breakfast table watching my kids gulp down porridge.

Living the fucking dream buddy! Little bit of internet after they leave for school? You've got it made, son!

To try and get this back on topic after Geoff has been anally abused...

Tomorrow I start interval training properly (as properly as I can manage it anyway). I am going to aim for 1.5km @ 14kph which is not amazingly quick, but quick enough to work me hard given my current shape. I will then rest for a minute and smash in 1km on the rowing machine - looking for a sub 4 minute time at full resistance. Then back to the runner for another 1km at 14kph and then another 1km on the rower. Then it is off to the mat area for sit up, push ups and squats.

Any of your health gurus give me any idea if this will be good for fat burning which is what I am looking for at the moment

Cheers :)

If your heart-rate is going to be above 105, you'll be less efficient burning fat.

I'm no expert, I only know what's best from a bodybuilding point of view. If you absolutely want to burn bodyfat as fast as possible, while minimising muscle-loss, then 105-115 is where you need to be.

dbol is awful, Duhard. I don't even care about arguing with you, just take it as advice from someone who knows what they're talking about.

DBol is no longer manafactured by any pharmaceutical companies, so all Dbol is generic, which means it's made in non-sterile conditions.

If you're going to do a cycle, you're far better off running an injectible compound. They're much safer, and if you get pharmaceutical grade, also much cleaner.

Dbol is an awful mass builder in the long term, I've never known anyone retain more than 5% of their gains 12 months after coming off. It's too liver toxic.

I've heard about that before...I'm simply extending my cycle before I get serious in about 2 weeks...thinking about either sustanon or testo...with the results I get with simply using oral d-bol, I can't imagine what it's gonna be like when I start injecting...I'll be on the cover of magazines and you'll all be mad and jellus...the ownage has just begun fruitloops...

Sustanon is Testo[sterone]. It's just a blend of one short ester, two medium esters and a long ester. You would be far better of sourcing some Testosterone Enanthate, which is just a single ester and needs less frequent injections to maintain stable blood serum levels. Stable blood levels mean less side effects.

...so if my d-bol ain't manufactured by a pharmaceutical company, where the hell does it come from? Lemme guess, you thought I was popping Flintstones pills bought from a crack head on the streets? I got the best sources in the business kid...

It comes from underground pharmaceutical companies who operate outside of the worldwide bodies controlling the quality of pharmaceutical compounds.

Balkan Pharmaceuticals are a Romanian lab. I'll leave you to ponder what kind of hygiene you could expect from one of the poorest countries in Europe.

They don't manufacture drugs for the global market; they are an underground steroid lab.
