Heh. Actually, the "meeting" in question wasn't really a meeting at all. We usually just hang out for 10 or 15 mins with a few people drinking a coke around 3-ish as a sort of work break intermezzo. It's become a bit of a well known phenomenon in the company because we usually hang out around the fridge in the kitchen. People walk in and out all the time, so we joke that we're in the middle of a very important meeting. It's not something we mark down in our calendars. This time, however, because a 'real' meeting was scheduled from 3 to 4 we had to move our coke break.MKJ wrote:gg on properly using outlook's calender function btw
