Just regular coaches/athletic tape, the white kind. Johnson & Johnson makes the good stuff, but expect your feet to get torn up with sprints.

edit: man i haven't had the chance to go for a barefoot run in a while... everything recently has been trail runs with too much sharp stuff to consider. This Friday is another 3.8 mile off road run but there are some horribly sharp seashells throughout the course so kinda need shoes. I need to get on a road race soon, and the secret service 5k is coming up.. that's the one!

On a side note, I went to a waterpark today and it was completely disgusting. America is nothing but fat on top of fat, and ugly to boot.

Finally got back underneath a bar again after what seemed like a long time but was only 3 weeks or so. felt great

Ever since I got my rumble roller (black), i've seen an increase in leg flexibility which is good because I have none. This thing is the real deal too

You should cut the arimidex and the DBol, you'd probably find you wouldn't need to control water as much if you dropped the orals.

In the past, when I've used Arimidex, I've suffered a loss of sex drive, even on large doses of test, and I also noticed small rashes appear on my chest that went as soon as I stopped.

Arimidex is great for PCT, though, you should save it for when you come off. Studies show it can raise free test levels by something quite considerable. Close to 60% if I remember correctly.

Also, you should stop the Deca, that shit is a nightmare to recover from, and Tamoxifen has no effect on controlling progesterone related Gyno. For that you'll need either Cabergoline or bromocriptine, which can be difficult to get hold of.

Deca is a shitty compound, stick with Sust, since it's the only one in your stack that's worth using. It's also the only one that's safe.

Thanks for the info...still need to find the needles. My guy told me to get 22G 1¼'' needles and inject it on the shoulders, not the legs. He said it's dangerous to inject into the leg when it's your first time...any truth to this?

Yeah, leg is a terrible place to inject. the quads have more nerve endings than anywhere else. Once you jab a nerve in your quad, you'll never get over it. It's a horrible feeling. I can't put a pin anywhere near my leg.

22g is too big to jab with that'll fucking hurt. 22g is what you'd use to draw the liquid out of the vial, but you want to switch to a 23g 1 1/4" to jab with. I've jabbed with a 22g once in my life when I had no blue 23's, and it was just too painful. It's a huge jump compred to a 23g.

Delts are fine to jab, but they can be a bit painful, especially with sust. I just stick with my glutes, because it's a huge muscle group, and studies show that not only does it cause less irritation, but it holds the depot for a little bit longer, resulting in a slightly more sustained release into the bloodstream.

Stay away from quads, though, never inject them. If you hit your sciatic nerve it's game over.

Nah, if you prepare, you can have avery safe cycle. But adding in orals, and other compounds often complicate matters and bring in unneeded health risks.

Test-only cycles should be the bread-and-butter of anyone looking to build mass or lose fat (used as an anti-catabolic, not a fat burner, obviously). You add in other compounds depending on your goals, but if your basic goal is just quality mass, then nothing will beat a simple test cycle for the cost:risk:reward ratio.

Probably gonna have a month off work soon...so I'm gonna continue with my cardio and light weight sessions but as soon as the month off comes up I wanna go into serious fat burning mode. Going to do a good calorie controlled diet and plenty of running and rowing...anything else I need to do? Food groups to miss or concentrate on etc...?
