Yea I got to a point where I started to feel truly disgusted with myself and did something about it. I feel amazing now. In high school I was 190 but I'm not sure how far I want to push it. Nothing will mess up your shoulders faster than benching to your upper chest with your elbows flared. This is a horrible position. Instead, tuck your elbows on the descent and aim to touch the bar to your lower chest on each and every rep. Just remember to keep your forearms perpendicular to the floor at all times

if you can do the pushups on a set of rings, as well as the dips, that would be even better. Then you can work towards planche holds and eventually planche pushups if you're beastly

I started a 30 program for olympic lifting, and won't be doing a lick of crossfit for the next month. in the last 3 days, i've already put on about 3lbs from throwing heavy weights overhead repeatedly

The program is based off of your 1rm snatch, clean and jerk, front squat, and back squat and that is literally all you do, including power snatch and power cleans here and there.
The first day was pretty brutal but mostly because i was stupid and did the lunch cf workout and then the lifting workout after work. that damn near put me under but today felt real good and tomorrow is low volume then a rest day. Then saturday, all hell breaks loose.
