Climate skeptics perform independent analysis and find out the obvious...they were wrong.
Last week, a project called Berkeley Earth released drafts of its findings. The project was started by a physicist, Richard Muller, who had previously expressed doubts about the mathematical rigor of climate science; it received funding from a variety of sources, including the Department of Energy and foundations set up by Bill Gates and the Koch brothers. The Berkeley Earth team set out to analyze records of the Earth's surface temperatures to answer questions about the trajectory of the planet's recent warming that had been raised by skeptics and contrarians. To a very large degree, it discovered that climatologists had been doing a pretty good job after all.

My friends and I are 40ish and used to play Quake a lot over a decade ago. We would get pizza and beer and bring our systems to my buddy's place and have a LAN party now and then. We have all since grown up and are taking care of the wives and kids. Of my group of friends I was the last to get married and at my bachelor party we did what good Quakers do. We went golfing and then set up the computers at my best man's house and quaked out until the wee hours of the morning. Since then we decided to start quaking again online every couple of weeks to have some fun and re-establish a bit of the camaraderie we had. I being the lesser computer person of the bunch was tasked with setting up the 24/7 server so that we could jump on at a moments notice with a few text messages and play quake with my pals. It's been a while since I have set up a server and found some help here and appreciate that. I unfortunately have also found that even quake 3 world is not untouched by the ugly hand of progressives. I was perhaps naive thinking I would be able to come to this great forum and be free of leftist propaganda. Ah well.
It's better to regret something that you have done than to regret something that you haven't done.

I liked the total ironic response from the Koch group to ignore the findings because the results haven't been peer reviewed yet.

most people on here are socialist atheists who have swallowed all the cultural marxist propaganda and are unaware that so-called global warming is a test of our faith in G-d

The whole "climategate" situation was cleared last year too:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2 ... dishonesty

But neither this nor that will get any press coverage. Last week Jon Stewart pointed out that only 24 seconds of air time had been given to the most recent study (while pointing out how much time the McRib sandwich got).

Don't welcome him. He views free thinking as propaganda.

In other words, he's a fascist.

You welcomed a fascist. Well done :dork:

I don't have aspergers, moron. Where'd this craze for saying people have aspergers come from?

And I don't think my posting has changed, just I've been posting more.

Me: Aspergers? where the hell did you learn that big word?
Girl I was speaking with: Glee a new character has it
Me: walked off

:olo: Funny story.
Ty for the support

I heard before that there was a character in Eastenders - a London soap opera - that had it. Soap operas feigning intellectuallity, it's sad, really. I thought. this - internet, or international - craze can't be caused by just a UK Soap opera. So US soap operas have it, too. That explains it.

I was wondering what I was doing wrong. It's not me! It's you and your soap operas! :olo: :olo:

i think you'll find that that's "feigning social relevance"
