Rammstein's "Reise Reise"

I picked up this album a couple days ago to help me get back into german (it helps me to remember a language if I listen music in it) and I'm pretty impressed. I used to listen to a lot of Rammstein a long time ago, and before then "Mutter" was my favourite CD. The musical arrangements are better than Mutter's I think, everything sounds very clean and good. The only thing I don't like is that this album's lyrics seem darker and generally more homosexual (Mein Teil) than the last albums, but I'm super super fucking gay so I can't really complain about that.

Has anyone tried and enjoyed molesting childrthis cd as well? :icon14:

The only tracks that have lasted on Herzeleid are Du Reichst so Gut and Asche zu Asche, i think Reise Reise is a much better album with a lot more longivity.

Feedback, are you British? they're playing in Newcastle in a couple of months. Tickets are about £25 + couple of quid fee. If i manage to get to see them (I already have tickets just incase I'm still in the country) it'll be the fourth time i'll see them. They're fucking amazing live. It's just a pity lots of teenage morons go to see them as well as people who actually like the music and the morons throw themselves around trying to hurt people.

He does that since the beginning of his band. I saw them live in 1994-ish and he already did unpack that disgusting thing, shouting out "ICH WILL FICKEN!!!" (I WANNA FUCK!!!)

The name of the song where he does that is my title...Bück Dich. They didn't do it on their latest tour...they replaced it with Mein Teil, where the lead singer (Till) sets fire to a huge pot with the keyboard player inside it

Yeah, but I'm in the US. I definately want to see them live sometime, everybody who's seen them says the same thing, that they're amazing.

Mein Teil is about a German guy who ate the penis and then killed another man he met on the internet. This all happened with the dead guys consent, and the question was if this qualified as murder. I think he actually was eventually convicted of murder.

He got about 8 years for homicide or killing on demand (not sure which) in the initial court procedure. But now the court will readopt and try this case again to convict him of murder.
