Geoff's got AIDZ and lives in a wheelchair, coffee consumption is the least of his worries.
Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.

Finally took a "before" pic for comparison.

Before (April 2012): winter shape, pasty white, starting to get ready for the summer. ~175 lbs.
Image

After (July 2012) summer shape, seeing some sun helps. ~165 lbs.

I'm still using the periodized workout you sent me (with a few tweaks). Thanks again, I love it!

I think the super-low-rep workout you're doing will make you stronger and teach you how to lift heavy. I guess at the same time your body becomes more efficient and you don't gain mass anymore, since you train yourself to use more of your drive/nervous system to give your muscles a huge impulse.

I'm also stronger than I look. Personally, I actually enjoy benching 2 plates flat for 10 reps while weighing 50 lbs less than the guy next to me who can't even lift it half as many times.

I'm 165 right now... My legs aren't huge, but they're not small either. I'm just very lean. Thanks tho.

u look fine i'm light like that too

long clavicles give you an upper body lifting mechanical advantage.

so that would mean strength and power is more effectively be generated.

the down side is the extra stress/leverage it puts on the lower vertebra's.

just because u can , it doesnt mean you should ey there is a high cost.

It's funny you noticed this! It's true, I need to wear shirts with longer sleeves. I thought it was actually a disadvantage. Can you show me some resources for this, please? This is very interesting. I thought that my muscles were just stronger for their size (more white fibers or something). Yeah, I know, bro science, but I don't know much about the in-depth biology behind training. I do what I can by following a precise diet plan and training hard (mental preparation/drive).

Well, I'm not doing 1RM either, my heaviest sets are 5 reps.

Funny coincidence, I'm pretty big on caffeine myself. I try not to drink too much of it, but my tolerance increases and my consumption escalates. My top was 25 espressos per day at work (we have an automatic espresso machine). That's 5 small espressos per cup, 5 cups. Small espressos contain the same amount of beans as medium and large ones, only they're less diluted. I try to limit myself to 2 espressos and 4-6 black teas now, but it gets more difficult with time.

no i never have proof , just observations that i seem to be ok at. although i'm sure longer levers can prove themselves with physics stuff.

1 thing tho i remember dorian (mr lats) used to be ask , "How you get so big?" and he'd say something like "lift 10000lbs bent over for 6 rep/ 1 set then take a week off" i just fucking rofl @ that! ssooo funny

in my mind he would say the exact opposite of what he did (to confuse the opposition ) , so he probably did tons and tons of light/moderate superhigh volume, pumping ey

the only times i ever got bigger was that way

This thread is about homosexually gaining muscle, not homosexually losing weight.
Think you got your homosexually-ness wrong.

Homosexually.
