new to quake3

Hey guys love the game have lots of fun playing it. I just have a few questions. I'm playing on my phone using the quake3droid port from the market with my touch screen phone. My belief is that I'm possibly paying with people that actually have a computer mouse and keyboard. is it possible to host a game where i can title it touch screen users only so the game is a little more fair? Out is there game severs like that already. Also how do i create a game, i tried it but all i get is a red screen with lots of code on it. Thanks for the help.
