Anything particularly bugging you or no? I get the summertime blues some times for no real good reason. Give yourself something to do, like a schedule and stick to it. Even if it's something lame like doing laundry, cleaning the house, or going grocery shopping. Just doing things you told yourself you'd do will make you feel better. In my experience it's too easy to to turn into a vegetable when you're depressed and then it takes longer and becomes harder to snap out of that funk. Take a long shower, shave, go get a haircut or something, and do something on your "to do" list.
I know it's easier said than done, but getting stuff done works, the hardest part is just getting started.
Haha, I've been there. I know it's not always easy to get started when you got that blanket depression feeling...feels like you're moving through quick sand or something. Eat a Snickers bar and drink a cup of coffee if you have to and make a list of stuff you want to accomplish for the week or something. I know everyone's different, but that works for me when I'm feeling low.
I hope you feel better soon. I don't want to come off as patronizing or anything, I know snapping out of a funk isn't always easy and I don't know what you're going through or if anything lead up to it. Depression sucks and I hope you find something that will make you feel better soon rather than later Just try your best to stay active and not let it consume your daily life if you can.

I'm rooting for ya Also not a bad idea to go to bed an hour earlier than you usually do. Even if you can't fall asleep right away you'll still likely feel more rested in the morning. When I'm feeling low I try to jam and get as much stuff done in the morning, before noon as I can, that way when I look at the clock at noon or so I feel pretty good about having gotten a lot of stuff done already. If I'm feeling bad and I think to myself "I'll do it later..." I tend to not do anything. Haha, I know how the hours can kinda slip by when you're feeling down in the dumps.
I must say that I am truly at my happiest lately.
Lost mom in June and dad 3 months ago but other then that it's all good stuff.
