"No Response From Master Server"

I installed this game a few days ago, it never worked online at first, then my friend (ProPuke) told me to download the new patch ect, it worked for a little while then stopped.
I've been trying to play online servers for a couple of days now and sometimes it works and other times it doesn't, when it doesn't its says "No Response From Master Server".
I have portforwarded, and configured my firewall.
Any suggestions?

Use Gamespy or the All Seeing Eye instead of the in-game browser.

Hey I did what you said, dled All Seeing Eye.
When I try to play q3 it comes up "Mis-typed CD Key?" or "Invalid CD Key"
Any help?
