Doakes was awesome. I wish they didn't kill him off.

What did you think of this season? We all know you watched it.
Nope. How was the super twist? Keep you hanging till next season like they did last year?

Did they start with Harrison's dark passenger yet? I'll watch that, even if they do fuck it up.

A friend of mine texted me "wow!" and some blah blah too but won't tell me what the "wow" is cause he thinks I'll watch it sometime too.

There wasn't any super twist or anything with Harrison.

I liked where they were going with Dexter going from needing to kill to wanting to kill. Too bad they didnt have enough time to explore it further.
One major gripe with that though; Dexter says he thought Harry told him about the dark passenger, while Harry says that what all Dexter's idea. Then he says "I remember when you first said it, you were about 12 years old". But actually, it was Lila back in S2 who started to name it the dark passenger, as that's what she called her addiction (arson).

Doakes is still awesome. 103 times more interesting that Quinn.

Fukin' Titus Pullo. Great character and such a good comeback for the show after the last few seasons

Innit, just when that was getting really good, it kind of fizzled out with no standing consequence. Quite a waste of a cracking character.
It descended into a bit of a mess then. Glad that slag is finally gone though.
I disagree. Dexter needed to meet Isaak so that he could learn that it's possible to find someone (Hannah) who could accept him for who he is, which is what Isaak's relationship was with his cock-buddy. That allowed Dexter to let some of the "fake life" become more real, feel real emotions about it and accept it as part of who he is, instead of just the monster. So then the writers could focus on the rest of the plot lines, particularly LaGuerta's investigation and Hannah.

Dunno...I seemed to think it was worthwhile. No reason to stretch it out over a season with the usual big "nemesis" ending.

And yeah...I think Isaak is one of the best characters since Trinity.

Yeah, I was gonna say I didn't agree with Lila creating the "dark passenger". But I didn't want to go back and watch the whole fucking season to find it...

What?

I don't have time to watch a season of Dexter that I've already seen so I can prove someone wrong...
