Uh I ain't gonna rip out a old flat gravel and tar roof and install a butiman roof in its place...and electricity will destroy me...everything else I do on my own...u mad?...

Got first quote for roof. $4,200...that's for modified bituman. Couple more companies coming to tomorrow. They were talking about TPO and IB Roofs... What the story with these roofing systems?...

Don't be a fag... It's a flat roof...it slightly slops for drainage...they have lifetime and 25 year warranties for many flat roof systems...

Quit being poor. Put a truss system over the flat roof and cover it in metal to match the rest of the house.
