Wasn't there a maximum number of maps or was that only for the ingame display?

hm, i know there's a max amount for displaying with the ingame menu (google MapMan to circumvent this), but not sure about max number of playable maps.

Yeah, there is - I usually got around it by using Eternal Arena or the like to display a higher number of maps.

But I know it will take at least 3 or 4 times the number of maps I stuck in there when I broke the installation yesterday.
