just ordered:

Rogue ES-1 squat stand
Pendlay nexgen 20kg bearing bar
pendlay elite plates, 2x 25kg, 20, 15 and 10kg
change plates
spring clamps

going in my warehouse attached to my office. FUCK YEAH. my own place to lift my ass off for the next 3.5 months :) then ship it all home :D

So I gotta buy home gym equipment...treadmill, weight rack etc...

My favourite treadmill is called "outside".

Hey the treadmill is not for me...I climb a local mountain every morning before I wake the kids up...

yeah but it's worth it! i'll probably sell the stand when i get back home though as i have an R3 rack at home already. loaned that one to my friend so he can use it while i'm gone.

did you start practicing snatch balances yet? take the bar from the rack (on your back) and go from there

Your whale of a wife is going to need far more than a treadmill bro. The best way for her to lose that extra 150 pounds she's carrying around is probably a shotgun to the face. Would most likely improve her looks too.

Precor is the only treadmill I have any experience with and they last forever.
