New UniEngine benchmark out

Post by GONNAFISTYA »

I have to say though...after playing hundreds of hours of Skyrim, this huge mountainous demo simply doesn't blow my skirt up.

I can't speak for Bacon (mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....bacon) but I'm not sneering at it. I've been pampered by some pretty fucking awesome games lately and the fact that games are looking on par with the supposed "system melting" demos makes me not really care about the visuals anymore and simply focusing on the actual performance.

Skyrim with mods (PC only) looks 1000 times better.

I ran several mods for extra foliage, better water and the like but even the default game looked almost on par with this demo.

Here's a modded version that was similar to what I saw while playing.

My score was only 900. I'm sure it would have been higher if my second video card had been doing anything. It sat idle the whole time, WTF?

It would help if you posted what you have. Might be that SLI/Crossfire is not supported with the current drivers.

Something must be really fucked because my second system that has a single GTX 560 Ti is scoring 1119. :(

3x 1440p and it's still not enough to run Crysis 2 maxed out at 60 fps. I'm looking forward to swapping them with something better when it's available. Maybe a few of the GeForce GTX Titan cards when they come out, depending on availability.

Or maybe I'm just not planning on staying in Montreal for that long.
