a couple sets of the 2 front squats + 1 jerk @ 225lb, and then a light power clean @ 175lbs just to see what was going on. Plenty of getting the bar back, but it's so light that it shoots out in front but since it is still so light it comes back into position with no problem. Today's session was pretty light overall... tomorrow is off and thursday will get some heavy front squats and heavy jerks, plus other stuff that i forgot.
not allowed to drop those weights.... the set i ordered for myself isn't here yet but is supposed to ship this week and hopefully get here in the next two weeks, as I must max out then. Of course, no more videos once all my gear gets here since it will be kept at work and there are no cameras allowed in there.

I cycle every day, about 10 kms. That doesn't hit lower leg muscles, though.
