If there are spoilers they're more likely to spoil the book than the TV series, considering they follow the TV episodes.
Whatever the case, especially in S03, a shitload more happens in the books. S01 is actually quite spot on, give or take a few details. S02 does divert from the book a bit, most notably the entire abscense of Jojen and Meera Reed, who were introduced in S03E02, and Arya's role, who never actually meets Tywin let alone act as his cupbearer.
oh and ffs, I still have to read the last 200 pages of the book and now my daughter went ahead and spilled her drink all over it. Makes the pages stick to each other rendering it unreadable. Ordered a new copy of the book. Hope they deliver it tomorrow. Need to stay ahead of the TV series!
They make these things called "PVR" for recording shows...so you can watch them later...or sumthin. If your only motivation to watch the show "as it airs" is only so you can comfortably read this thread...then...well....

I have a feeling Joff will have her head before it's all said and done...

that kid couldn't be a good king if he wanted to. he seems to be enough of a sociopath that as soon as she left the room he'd torture someone to death just for the fuck of it. jamie's not that bad... for a sister-fucker. i guess. well, at least he admits he's a big cunt.

Fanks . I did go looking before, came across a spoiler concerning 2 people next to a river
Great ep, It's gonna be tough explaining how she won't win at everything with an army like that.
