There are few channels introducing Quake 3 and Quake Live new stuff... I've already added three channels to be checked and want to include other. I know there are thousands of channels for Quake series...

There's a good chance that you do, actually. If you have an account on any Google related website, then you have a YouTube account as well. Google unified all their accounts into one single account.
