So could Bran control Hodor because he is a tard and written so much like an animal, or is Bran just that bad ass?

Also, Hodor needs one of these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOcfS7xwVfY

in the book, mostly the former. in the show, apparently the latter.

Man how creepy would it be if he was walking around strapped to Hodor's back but controlling him directly? I know I'd consider it if I were him...

I'd make him walk into the ladies' dressing room and feast my eyes while letting him take the blame.

Why the latter in the show? I don't think they made him seem like a badass. All he did was make the dummy shut up and go to sleep...

I think I picked it back up mid way in series 2. I've started treating it like Eastenders :(

Ah. Joff (well I think Cersei gave the command) had Sansa's wolf Lady killed back in season 1. Arya's wolf Nymeria had bitten Joff (and he deserved it obviously) while they were all on the trip from Winterfell to Kings Landing. They couldn't find Nymeria so they had Ned kill Lady instead.

So its:
Lady - killed
Greywind - killed
Nymeria - missing after being cast away for her safety
Ghost - Jon sent him back to Castle Black, currently presumed missing
Summer - still with Bran
Shaggydog - still with Rickon

Ahh I remember. My season 1 is even worse than season 2, I actually rewatched that. I've still not seen the end of I Am Legend though :)

I'm wondering on what the direction is now, theres a pretty big hole in the show to be plugged with something else. Guess now is the perfect time for dragon lady to stir up some shit.

Bran: Can the wildlings do that?
Froggy: No one can do that!

Also, the song they played was about Tywin's early life, Rains of Castamere, which is why Cat freaked out when she recognized it. Pretty bad ass song:

Yeah, they nailed it. When they first got shot down with the crossbows and it cut to another scene I thought "wait, that's it?" but I'm glad to see throats were properly cut :smirk:
The non-chalant way Cat's throat was slit was pretty messed up to watch, even though I knew what was coming.

It actually reminded me of the way Will Sasso in his expressionless Steven Seagal impersonation would walk up to people and break their necks.

I'd suspect she was essentially dead already by that point.
Here's an interview with Michelle Fairley, who plays Catelyn Stark:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/0 ... 75895.html

I think this quote reflects Catelyn's actions at the Red Wedding pretty well:
Operating under the assumption that her younger children, Arya, Sansa, Bran and Rickon, have all been killed, Catelyn can't bear to see Robb die at the hands of Walder Frey's hired goons. "She thinks they're all gone, so she has absolutely nothing to live for," Fairley said. "Basically, when she slits the throat of Walder Frey's wife, she's inviting her death. She's already dead inside."

Well that was bloody shocking... wonder how they will possibly top this in the last episode of the season.

I think they won't. In seasons 1 and 2 the climax of the season was the 9th episode as well (Battle of the Blackwater was S02E09, for instance), with the last episode of the season being a bit of a "wrapping things up" episode. Guess they're going to do the same here.
