Good new puzzle platformer.
There's some TotalBiscuit gameplay footage here.
The premise is you make your way through the levels by cloning yourself to overcome obstacles.
Although I wouldn't call that groundbreaking, it still feels fresh in the way it's handled.
Plus the art direction is quite unique with its beautiful gloomy visuals, and creepy ominous sound.
This game is not for everyone. It's a slow, cerebral and pretty lonely experience, but if you're into things like Limbo and The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom I recommend it.
The Swapper
Re: The Swapper
Reminds me the atmosphere of Abuse, though without the scary hordes of aliens that pop out at you.

Re: The Swapper
Yeah I picked it up a few days ago. All the artwork is done with clay models or with found objects, which isn't a new idea but they execute it well.
Yeah, if you liked LIMBO then this is probably one to pick up.

Re: The Swapper
I played a sizeable chunk of waking mars but theres no point to it. All you do is collect and plant seeds to open the door so you can get into the next area where you can plant even more goddamn seeds. It's not puzzling, it's doing chores. The Swapper looks like it has something going for it with the whole clone n swap mechanic. Also, the atmosphere of waking mars was nothing to write home about. Especially the constant blabbering between your character and the chick gets hugely annoying.
