Go to the Xbox Live Marketplace here, sign in with your account, choose to use microsoft points (click the "use microsoft points to pay" link) and you'll see that the game is marked as "free". You can download it on your console then.

This might be an error on MS' side, but I'd say grab it while you can

I'm not bullshitting you, I know about it through this article on Eurogamer.

oh, one minor detail, it appears that it doesn't work for Silver memberships, you need to be a gold member, which again leads me to believe that it may not be a mistake by MS after all.

I heard it's not bad, but considering I found Fable 2 boring, I'm not sure it's for me. Still, it's free, so the 30 mins checking it out are probably well spent.
