Excellent tanning weather.
Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.

Banging sluts goes without saying. And the tan was brought up to an international level of pure sexiness and machismo.

Was at Coed y Brenin yesterday, Blue sky but no air and eaten alive by midges.

Just got back from a road ride to shake out the legs. Went through two bottles of water and ran out 5 miles from home. Light winds and 28oC.

Sat in the garden catching up on TDF, mega.

needs to be about 7-8 degrees hotter for it to be completely mental, but it was enough. 5.5 mile walk just for jokes, also ran out of water and now my head's pounding

I spent 45mins kicking a ball around before crumpling on the half way line. I can't deal with this shit just standing around is torture.
