My downtown commute got completely fucked up from this storm, anyone else here have an awesome Monday night soaked and without power?

The storms are finally starting to pass by my neck of the woods. It's been wet for weeks up here in northern VT, but no flooding thanks to the elevation and hilly terrain.

i'm very close to downtown, only thing flooded was the outside and underground parking, but power went out for several hours, then again today for about 2-3 hours, so far it's all good

I stayed away from having to travel anywhere so I was comfortably bunkered indoors all day. Power was out at 6PM, spent the evening in candlelight and finishing some work on my laptop. Went to bed early, and power was restored when I woke up. I'm pretty sure I can just ride out the zombie apocalypse the same way.
