It's understandable. So much happens in the book that it would be near impossible to put it all in one season. Things are trimmed down enough as it is. Cramming the rest of the book into the same season just wouldn't do it justice.

The Mountain has been recast for what should be a very epic scene next season. He is the one on the right.
