Well, there's the premium maps which are maps that weren't included in an out-of-the-box Q3 installation. They do have monthly rotations now where they have a random selection of maps, including some premium maps. But if you want access to all maps and gametypes at all time then you'll have to shell out some money. Not a whole lot though, I think it's €25 a year or so?

I used to have a premium account for a year or so, but I gave up on that on account of not playing enough. Currently there's two Freeze Tag servers available that are accessible without a premium account so that basically gives me all I need

It's 38 quid if you want the full package for a yr, 18/20 quid for basic package ?. Takes the piss when I bought the gold edition for 3 quid 10 years ago, along with the various other copies I have collecting dust :/

Truth is I wouldn't be moaning if dm6 was availiable . I get where the cost goes n all, can't be easy having a team trying to implement browser updates constantly but they're price marked against big titles, like Skyrim and Rage. It seems retarded.
