Probably wouldn't have been after all said and done, once you start deciding what you want in it....cost us a small fortune for paint and window coverings in a new house and I'm still not done..not to mention landscaping and a deck next year. All shit you get for next to nothing with a pre-owned house.

It's nice to be able to afford nice things though...taking a shit in a brand new toilet and knowing that some other dude hasn't decimated it thousands of times before you. I don't even want to know what type of aids is in the carpet pad of your house...lol poor ppl..i win..next..fuck u!
