That's sad.

edit: although, I stopped playing red dead when I found the wife. Seemed a fitting end to the game.

Ubisoft has a "formula" that they follow in nearly every one of their games, mostly due to the short-sightedness of their marketing/editorial teams. All their games suffer for it, because all their games are the same game.

YOU ARE LEAVING THE GAMEPLAY AREA!!!!

Ok...so I watched it and it's bad. But nowhere near as bad as Far Cry 3...which was bad on many, many levels.

For example: why would you "continue playing" on an island you left behind at the ending? Or better yet...if you stayed behind and get killed, how the fuck do you "continue playing" at all after you died? It's utterly retarded and neither ending makes sense for an "open ended game". Total garbage.

Like I said...Far Cry 3 has a horrible ending that's horrible for several reasons, all of them worse than the previous reason. The dumbest, least-thought-out ending in the history of the universe....brought to you not by just a single bad writer, but a TEAM of bad writers and their editorial masters signing off on it. Rage's ending doesn't come close to being this bad.
