a real tree?

this is the first time in 10yrs we didn't buy a real tree. $280 7.5' prelit. no needles and tree sap to clean up..ezpz. smaller than I wanted though. after Xmas I want to find a 12' ft for next year and just put this in the back room.

I can't remember the last time I had a real tree I miss the smell of fresh pine needles.

Our current one has been with us about 12 years. It is one of those fibre optic ones so doesn't need lights. I will take a photo soon for the My Christmas Tree topic as I am sure one will appear.

Ripping the lights off and making a complete god forsaken mess is half the fun of getting a real tree... Also, taking it down in February because you know you're going to find pine needles in places you didn't know you could get pine needles for the next 2-4 months.

My friend has 3 dude roommates. They set up their fake tree while she was at work... Forgot the middle section completely.

Sombrero and stockings are a nice touch though.
