watched the first episode of dexter. Like listening to CBTNuggets, it was lacked a certain well-rounded understated intelligence. Not sure what I'd expected but think i'll continue since I'm apparently a sucker for disappointment. :o

i was gonna say. S4 is fucking awesome and an adequate ending for the series.

forming an opinion on a pilot is not fair. especially if the series contains an arc.
go watch.

I agree....especially on season 4. As soon as the screen goes black on the last scene in the last episode of season four...turn it off and never go back....unless you like lumberjacks.

Pretty good. I like my mediocre premise tv shows venturing into soft porn and gore while working the ~3 season story arc.

Quote from another topic re Vikings (TV series)

I am still watching the second series of Vikings. Yes a little slow at times but still entertaining.

Swordplay? Babylon 5

Sorry I am not familiar with Revolution. Is it a TV series, links?
It is perhaps not on the TV here :smirk: so is this Revolution plained?

currently on the Downlow
Survivor season 1 to 26
vikings 2
madmen season 1 to 6
Homeland season 3

finally got 4G out here and it is surprisingly good.

Revolution was just okay and has decent swordplay.

With you Memphis

I bought the DVD complete box set a couple of years ago and can't wait to start all over again.

Just watched an episode of Vikings last night and a pretty horrible ritual slaughter on a stage for all to view. Gruesome but still fit for TV.

I watched Indie Game: The Movie on Netflix. If you ever want to watch a tiny nerd say he is going to kill someone and himself it's worth a watch.
