No they can't, because that could be used to implicitly deduct the account balance.

I haven't been asking for money. I've been telling you to pay off the bet you lost. $10k or leave. It's up to you.

Yes they can. That's how major retailers verify a check or debit transaction is good. However, withdrawing funds without permission is illegal and that's why "Banks" don't do it.

Yes you have. Saying "$10k or leave" is asking for $10k. Which I'm happy to give you once you provide your account details.

Asking and telling are two different things. There are also two very obvious punctuation marks that indicate the difference.

$10k or leave.

If you must pay by direct bank transfer I'll need your routing and account number to add you as an approved outside bank. However, you could also use Google Wallet, PayPal, Amazon Payments, Dwolla, Authorize.Net, WePay, ACH Payments, Stripe, 2CheckOut, WooCommerce, etc. or simply leave. It's still totally up to you.

I bet £10k, not your pathetic dollar, that you're the biggest idiot on this message board.

I win.

Pay up.

I don't see any bank details in this post. I guess you don't want the money.

There are lots of banking details there. I guess you're simply too broke or stupid to pay. Maybe you should just leave. It's seems like that would be a lot less complicated way for you to pay off your debt.
